GERALD JIMENEZ
Motion Graphics + Interactive Designer

Gerald Jimenez is a Dominican born designer. He currently designs the day away for clients such as Cadillac, HUMMER, and Product (RED) and spends his nights experimenting with confetti, lighting + a Handycam. He wants an Edirol V4 for his birthday. His motion graphics work have lived on video billboards in Times Square to portable projector screens at his local church. He serves as an arts educator with Bostons inner city youth through organizations such as Citzens School and The Cloud Foundation. Gerald wants to be a hero of the X-Men sort. If his work has taught him anything it's that he's not done learning.

Someday he'll succumb to the lights & sounds and become a VJ. For now, this is his life. Amen.

BOSTON

From a tense hush to a deafening roar and everything in between, crowds here make their feelings known. Don't get caught on the wrong end of it.

Bostonians knows the big ups and long downs of fandom and they’ve got the whole standing-behind-your-hometown-heroes thing down pat. Just as it did in 2007, Beantown’s bringing the same frenzied, obsessively competitive spirit to the tournament in 2009. It’s a city rich with history, both the real kind (see tea parties, Faneuil Hall, Paul Revere et al.) and the weird kind (see killer molasses floods and sacred codnappings), and it’s good to have Boston with us again for 2009.
